Cotton Plastisol Ink
One Stroke Inks formulates and manufactures cotton plastisol inks to be soft, easy-to-print, and strong enough to hold down cotton fibers. Since cotton does not experience dye migration problems, these inks are typically not meant to stop bleeding on poly/cotton blends or 100% polyester. Below are One Stroke Inks most popular cotton plastisol inks:
Aquasilk Series (Colors & White)
If you prefer plastisol ink over water-based inks but you require a soft feel on the shirt, Aquasilk Series is the best ink for you. These inks may not be as soft as water-based inks but they are very light on the hand and very stretchable for printing 100% cotton fabrics.
480 Series (Colors & White)
Simply the easiest-to-print plastisol ink for cotton and poly/cotton T-shirts, the 480 Series is the go-to ink on light fabrics or when a white underbase is present. This is also the best ink for wet-on-wet printing techniques as it will not build up on the back of the next screen as quickly as opaque inks.
Hybrid Series (Colors & White)
Similar to the Colormax Series, the Hybrid Series inks are very opaque for printing cotton and poly/cotton fabrics. The biggest difference lies in the printed surface of these inks. Hybrid Series will feel softer than Colormax Series or any other high opacity inks you will encounter.
